Our extensive research show, that an average restaurant, offering at least 2 wines by the glass (white and red), looses approximately three glasses of wine each day due to incorrect dosage and wine oxidation.

Provided that each lost glass of wine could be sold for at least 5 euros, simple calculation shows, that minimum yearly loss in profit is 5475 euros (5 euros x 3 glasses a day x 365 days).

In case restaurant offers more than two wines by the glass (two whites and two reds) average loss of wine is 4-6 glasses per day, which results in yearly loss of profit of 7300-10950 euros.

So it is not only a matter of investing into something new, but in addition to increasing your profits, it’s also about minimizing your already existing losses.
